Basically the title is meant to be derogatory in a playful manner not in a mean way. Italians hate it when you call their "pasta" spaghetti and African Americans are made fun of because they have a reputation of eating lots of watermelon. Basically the writer is saying to this person, "why u frontin?, you act like you don't want me, when u do. you're so full of yourself. I just sit around waiting for you to pay attention to me. I wish I could find someone else just like you. Or I'll do anything to find someone else just like you. How can I make you understand??"
