Looking for some sample loops / sound effects....

I'm looking for some sound effects.

I want to use some samples... I'm looking for some spoken audio to be used as a loop in a song.

And some general sound effects... you know that descending effect Prince uses in that remix of Kiss? (The one he performs on the Rave concert DVD).... that kind of thing...

Anyone know any good sites or programs to download?
