U Smell Us

Ripped from the club. Back when I was allowed in the forums, this was the kind of talk that got you banished...now it doesn't seem all that uncommon.

***

"I know this thread will be deleted soon because the mods like to treat us as if we are children in school and must obey every command that is given (rather than us being free spirits that we are and ask resonable questions hoping to get decent answers) This thread is not aimed to offend anyone only to create a discussion. I see that there are alot of "fams" here who smooch alot and feel that P can't go wrong, but the truth of the matter is if P wanted everyone to come to the source (npgmc) he needs to do more to keep them here. No one would go out and buy bootleg material if P would drop a few songs here once in a while. It's funny how we are supposed to keep in line , but we when make suggestions out of respect for the man the mods are extremley rude basically telling us to shut and stop complaing. I mean if you care P the nwhy don't you treat your LOYAL "fams" to music. I'm tired about the whole" I live in the now--blah blah" if it wasn't for the past you would be where you are now. Don't run from your past, embrace it. It's called growth and we would all love to see from past to present. I think I don't stand alone when I say that I would visit thsi site alot more if there were some updates/ vids/ or better yet MUSIC. That is the reason why we are all here right? It's funny how we are to have privy to exclusive information yet the press and media will have the tracklist and release date for a new cd before any of the club members. Mods if you want to respond please do. This post was meant for you. But if you feel you don't have to answer or if you will respond rudely you have just proven my point. This is supposed to be all about love right? Well lets show some and work together to get this thing going. I'm tired of hearing how this site is a joke when it has so much potential.

---

I joined the club partly because of the name of the club. THE NPG MUSIC CLUB. THis is why I joined because I thought we would be able to hear new music first. Reflection room doesn't count for me because I own all the studio material & I make mix cd's anytime I want. The fact of the matter is that there is nothing in the the retail section that I would purchase or have purchased since News. I understand that "something bigger is coming" but until that day comes it is almost unbeleivable."

Oh, hilariousness:

"Prince looked me n the eyes once, from the stage, pointed a finger right n my face and beckoned me 2 come up and DANCE WITH HIM!!!

the theatre was dark, plus eye had on dark protective shades! eye was able 2 nonchalantly tell him ...nope!
but every one else who even caught a glimpse of those eyes, and heard that nvite, went wild, and begged 2 come up on stage.

nope, u don't want eye contact with Prince, un protected.

some of the sound checks were ok bcause he sympathetically turned down the beam power 4 later, otherwise nobody could have asked him any questions!

and n my own opinion...Prince IS
one of the moderators.

u didn't hear it from me, but how is PP9 on every single forum and always the 1rst with all the nfo???

do the math ppl, sounds like someone n charge 2 me!

Prince has a laptop, it only takes a second 2 pull up this site.
probably accesses it n the bathtub.
y'all no how clean he is, that's a good 2 hrs could b spent online right there!

just say hi, he heard ya!

ooops, my bad! u want him 2 say hi back! hmmm...that would present a problem, since nearly every one n here writes
like Prince N. E. W.ay

holla back Prince!
Whooo, Whooo!!
smile"

First let me say that I realize Prince.org is where disgruntled NPG non-Music Club members come to vent. But, when I'm an unsatisfied customer, then I'm not one to rant and rave to management, I simply speak with my dollars (or lack thereof).

It's painfully obvious to me that the NPG non-Music Club is not really interested in what its customers have to say. But with that being said, you (the customers) still have a choice. And the bottom line is that anyone who has been a member of the NPG non-Music Club for more than one year should know by now the type of business that Prince runs. So at this point, my advice is "buyer beware" and "join at your own risk".

You seem a bit upset, and...a little obsessed. The main word in the previous sentence is the word "seem". Maybe you're not, but that's how it's beginning to "seem".
Man...if the org ever discovers this thread, you're gonna BURN. lol--Teller
