She's gonna send each one of us an explosive sanddollar ...laced with Anthrax
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
Then she's gonna sue George Michael for using her name in a song.
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
Yeah, and she's gonna hand deliver each one in a wheelchair, so when they explode with the Anthrax in our faces, she can claim that we were abusing a poor little disabled woman. No confusion, no tears. No enemies, no fear. No sorrow, no pain. No ball, no chain.

Faith and her dopplegangers. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
Yes IM going to sue Faith for emotional distress. My lawyer said that I could sue her for millions because her posts might have hurt my feelings. Also IM going to sue NPGMC and force them to close the site because she is a member; and finally IM going to sue everyone in the world who uses the internet because they have access to the NPGMC where they can view her posts. Did I miss anything??? My DC Direct wishlist: 1) Bane, 2) Prof Zoom, 3) Superman Blue, 4) Kilowag, 5) Parasite

This is what I found out about this matter at:
http://www.cyber-stalking...alking.htm This is what I read: In my view, what distinguishes "cyberstalking" from "cyberharassment," is the combination of the pursuit and fear or harm aspects: the cyberstalker follows the individual around the Internet (e.g., reading and/or posting to usenet groups the individual frequents, using web sites to research and obtain personal information about the individual's online and offline life, looking for the individual in chat rooms, or repeatedly posting about the person, etc.) -- and as a result of the pursuit aspect as much as (or as well as) the content of any missives or statements, the individual experiences fear, some sense of dread, or actual harm. Making someone's life "miserable" by posting nasty untrue things about them may be harassment and may be actionable legally, but if the victim experiences fear or dread for their personal safety or if their safety or mental health is actually endangered, then it goes beyond "harassment" and falls under "cyberstalking," in my opinion. it's not your opinion, it's someone else's. you may agree with that opinion but that still doesn't make it yours. and with all the stuff you've said about using your posts/commentary without permission and having them "copyrighted"...like the stuff you've copied n'pasted isn't copyrighted? you seen that bit at the bottom of the website: © Copyright 2001, 2002, 2003 ~ All rights reserved ~ http://www.cyber-stalking.net gus, if what you believe about copyrighting one's words from websites, forums, etc. holds true to you...what in the world are you doing with someone else's words from another website? think about it. in the immortal words of you-know-who, "i'm not saying this just 2 be nasty..." i mean no ill-will in all the above i've said. i'm merely pointing things out to ya, so don't get pissed off at me. you gots to ...seriously. mine!

I think someone is very confused. You think I'm the person you all are talking about. Now that's funny. Did someone actual gather up personal info about me? If they did then they are very confused about what they found and read about me. Her name is clearly posted for everyone to read. I would say that's gathering up information about the person and using that information to make her concerned about prince.org and it's members. I just passed on some information that I read. Take or leave it I don't care. But, don't come after me just because you don't like her. I'm a BIG FAT MAN that will sit on you. I'm sure you would like that. By the way I'm not even a member of the NPGMC. I don't think I would like it over there. I'm begining to think I won't like it here. This was not a very frendly welcome I got.

Suga, leave while you can. Nobody likes it here, it's not friendly, but it's like heroin. I've got purple and grey needle tracks. . .the day I die I'll be like, "don't turn off the juice yet, I need to check my orgnotes one more time". . .RUN!

Gus, I don't think anyone thinks you're the person in question. Dansa was just trying to make a point. Please don't sit on her. Please don't sit on me. If I were a big fat man, I promise I would not sit on you. Welcome to the Org.

uhhh, you are the same person. i am one of the mods here and i handled several of the requests you made for theblueangel to stop copying/pasting your quotes from the club. If they did then they are very confused about what they found and read about me. Her name is clearly posted for everyone to read. I would say that's gathering up information about the person and using that information to make her concerned about prince.org and it's members.
sayin one's username isn't personal information. it identifies who you are online, your alias. nothing more. I just passed on some information that I read. Take or leave it I don't care. But, don't come after me just because you don't like her. I'm a BIG FAT MAN that will sit on you. I'm sure you would like that.

1) if you don't like it here, why do you keep coming back to defend yourself? yes, this place ain't for everybody but still...if you don't like it here it may be in your best interest not to log on here anymore. plain and simple. 2) as for your "very frendly (sic)" comment--i dunno if that was directed towards the comment that i made. i was being as respectful towards you as i can be, i ain't bein mean.

Gus, it can be a friendly place here. True, people can be intolerant of newbies (I was one not long ago), but if you stay around you should be embraced.
And I agree with handclaps, don't take ish so personally. Remember : we are all safe behind our 's. It is totally anonymous, it's an *escape* from the real world. So just enjoy it and relax, say what ya want, people should respect you for it.

I just wanna see this faith/gus person seriously take this to court instead of blowing hot air.
Lets see he/she/it on Judge Judy..."I'm suing because someone made fun of me on a message board and cut and paste some sentences I wrote"... I'll make the popcorn...

(...snipped for brevity...) Very pleased to see you expose this liar. Bravo. All orgnotes and emails requesting trades or how to acquire bootleggage will be ignored. - The ThreadKiller -

Maybe Faith made a mistake by making this a legal issue, but her point is pretty simple: she is asking that people stop quoting her only to ridicule her and that they stop bothering her.
That seems like a pretty reasonable request to me.

Wait. So Faith is Gus?
Why do I feel like I'm watching a bad episode of Scooby Doo?
