Hi there,

Has anyone had problems ordering from the NPGMC retail site (musictoday.com)?

I ordered the crystal ball set and was charged for it about 8 weeks ago and haven't recieved it. I ordered NEWS from it without any hassles and it arrived within 2 weeks.

I e-mailed musictoday three times, but have had no response at all.

I figure it could take a while to get to Australia, but I'm a bit frustrated by their lack of response to me.

Has anyone else had issues like this with their orders? Even better, did you get it resolved?

Love to hear other people's experiences.

I don't have a lot of gripe with Music Today, though it HAS taken me over three months to get NPGMC product in the past (via a different distributor, I should add).

With the old company it usualy took only ONE week to get items but now they need a week to bring them to the postoffice and additionall 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Well let's see, you're complaining because of what? Both of you live outside of the USA and order something at the worst time of the year to send mail. I would sit back and be patient. Call MusicToday if you're having a problem. And to that guy who said "He's done this before",obviously Prince doesn't ship these products out. Oh and when's the last time you were a living music legend?

Last two times I ordered stuff from overseas it took several weeks longer than normal to get to me. I think it just has to do with tightened security everywhere.

I also contacted Musictoday at the time , they did reply but it took over a week before the response. Despite that they were friendly and helpful.

My advice is to bring the problem to one of the moderators attention and have them look into it for you.

(BTW that mis-ship arrived 9weeks after shipping and two weeks after I had recieved the re-ship)

I had the same problem with the Crystal Ball Cd Set. I finally had to call them instead of emailing them. Then it took 2 weeks to cancel that charge on my credit card. They said they are sold out and do not know when they are getting the order replaced by NPGMC...

Thanks for your responses everyone! I think I'll wait a bit longer...I'm just concerned, especailly since crystal ball is no longer available on the site.

It is good to know that I'm not the only one who has had delivery issues - means it very well could still be on the way. Here's hopin'...

BTW...ain't no negativity here, stuff happens, just wanted to know what other peoples experiences have been.

Well the Only thing that I would like 2 say...is that I will not order fron the NPGMC Retail,if it going 2 B in any Record Store.
Unless it will only B availible 2 Only the Club Members.

N.E.W.S/Aladin DVD...well I order both of them from the Club.
I nerly paid double then what the corner Record Store.
Aladin DVD was $18.99/$20.99,depending wher & what location.
As far as the price...I have no problem,but DID xspect 2 get it B4 the Record Store gets it.
The Aladin DVD came 2 My dor a day after HMV.ca got theres.

And 2 Top that...isn't Canada right next 2 the USA?
