Crystal Ball re-print about a year and a half ago i finally got a credit card. the first thing i did was go to NPGMC and order the Crystal Ball 5cd set and some other items. i was charged for the CB set, but never recieved it, saying on the invoice that it was on back order. Now i see that CB is back on the store, does this mean i will have a copy shiped to me, or will i have to re-order it? can some1 help me in this issue? should i email NPGMC or just re-order it???

any input would b great send them an email stating you have proof of a credit card statement showing that you have paid for it but never received it. | |

It never hurts to try! I remember ordering some posters back in 2000 and when i received them they were in horrible shape. I called and emailed them and they got back to me very fast and fixed the problem.
They sent more of the posters I ordered in great shape. I offered to send the others back and they said not to worry about. Since that time I've bought things from them at least 5 times and I've always had a good experience with the club when it came to shopping. Much Love, LoLinex Faith

i have a hard time believing that folks are spending their money at the club, not recieve the goods and do nothing about it.
isn't there a complaints group you can go to? has anyone ever tried to get their bought items from the club? what's going on? | |

Milty - Beleive me I tried and tried to get my Rave SE when I didnt receive it. At first they just made the excuse that they hadnt all been shipped yet but eventually that just turned to a "we dont believe you" approach.

mine ONA piano cd never arrived, had to wait 4 the one in the ona box...
a friend of mine had the credit card charged for a shirt but it never arrived. You don't sign for the parcel when you receive it, so no proof. cheers
