Heh...so the first new song to be put up since "Reflection" is a Kirky J remix of a song that has already had more remixes than Mayte had ass.
Hell, it's still a Prince song I didn't have - I'm fucking thrilled. If he tossed a Kirky J remix in there every couple of weeks until the end of the year, I'd think I was in heaven. The club this year has done a fantastic job of eliminating my Xpectations! 
Oh well, I always loved the fuck outta Exodus - what a fabulously stanky sound that album has. No confusion, no tears. No enemies, no fear. No sorrow, no pain. No ball, no chain.

Kirky J's Get Wild
is not a new song. It was originally released on the Get Wild Maxi Single. It's not a very cool mix. I much prefer the Money Maker Jazz mix. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps | |

Oops, my bad. I never got that maxi-single and thought that between bootlegs and Year 1 of the club I had acquired all of the released remixes...guess not.
You're right though, it's a far from spectacular mix. Then again, I've been perplexed by almost every decision Prince makes, so why would I expect him to have taste when it comes to deciding which already released songs to rip low-quality mp3s from? Heh...I think the lackluster tone of this year's club is well illustrated by the lack of responses to this thread.
I was really hoping Mani had good taste in music, but it seems like she's even worse than Mayte. The man needs someone to steer him in the right direction. No confusion, no tears. No enemies, no fear. No sorrow, no pain. No ball, no chain.
