GREAT SHIPPING AND NO FUSS Unlike many of you who ordered the Prince DVD from the NPGMC, I decided to forget the NPGMC and order the DVD direct from Amazon.co.uk-and was pleasantly suprized. They say 'once bitten twice shy', so after having lots of problems with my NEWS order from the NPGMC (which I still havent recieved by the way) I thought that I would cut out the middle man, namely the incompetent MusicToday, and replace it with Amazon. Now, the DVD has been shipped ready to be recieved on its release on Monday, I had no hassle and the price was the same as the NPGMC price. Also, the region is Europe so will work on all DVD's in the UK, unlike the NPGMC version which was only NTSC format and incompatable with my DVD player here in the UK. I think I will stick with Amazon.co.uk from now on in!!! | |

Play.com are great too. However they only seem to have the NTSC one on sale at the moment but that doesnt matter because I can buy it tomorrow from my local record store which has it for £7.99/ $12..and I dont have to worry about not receiving it like Rave SE/NEWS/Crystal Ball from NPGMC. | |

Don't ge too excited Jonb. I also ordered it from Amazon, I live in Manchester England, and I got a note from the postie saying there's a £9.38 customs charge slapped on it.
I've not payed it yet and am thinking of returning it to Amazon if they refuse to pay the customs charge for me. Has anyone else had a similar problem? | |

Never have i herd this and i have ordered a lot from amazon and that has not happened 2 me. Play and amazon have a very good service. If i was you i would contact them ASAP and get this resolved. Did u order it from amazon.com or amazon.co.uk? . Amazon.com is for USA customers, Amazon.co.uk are for the UK customers, from what i can work out from amazon.com you can be charged import fees.  | |
