Just go to Best Buy (if you live in the states that is!) I saw it yesterday for $14.99. Guess what was sitting right next to it? The bootlegged version of sign o' the times!

It's not in stock yet at playusa.com.
I've had mine on order for a week and it still says awaiting stock.
They have been reliable in the past though.

I saw that bootleg of SOTT next to the Aladdin DVD on the shelf at Best Buy yesterday too. The words on the cover were in Spanish. It made me wonder if the singing was in Spanish as well.
