don't be so naive, there is the $25 you had to drop just for the opportunity to purchase the cd as of yet. unless he offers more cds throughout the year or any other offer that would justify the cost to inhabit the site, that cost has to be included into the cost of the cd. not to mention the tremendous difference between a new cd that arrives at the store by a popular artist and a new Prince cd. demand sets the price, and ten dollars for a Prince cd is as much as he should charge. $25 2 drop just 4 the CD

Long live 2 NPGMC. Peace Right, and the DVD is coming and it is definitely going to kick ass...haters are so short sighted. I ordered 3 NEWS CDs and only was charged $4.99 for the shipping The DVD will probably be in retail and the haters like me will have the last laugh as we saved $35 and only missed out on NEWS, which if North is any indication, appears to be a yawner. Besides, are any of you actually going to listen to NEWS more than 3 or 4 times? My guess is that you'll put it back on the shelf and keep listening to Nighttown!  right on. Haters will sit in the back of the gigs and pay for the aftershows while looking dow at members in fromt and cursing just as they did on the One Nite Alone Tour. This is what a the $25 gets you. Alonh with a free mps and video clips. Oh so now there is going to be another tour? yeah right! like in year 1 when a world tour was promised but not materialised without one single explanation. oh but he did tour during year 2 and had fans pay more than 100$ for tickets, on top of the membership fee of 100$ and on top of that another 100$ for a shitty aftershow. that's how fucking legend Prince is. | |

Most new release Tuesdays. Record companies are making an effort to get people to buy cd's by pricing them low. I bought Monica's cd last week for 9.95 Best Buy, Target and Circut City are great for new commercial releases. That is only on a few selected new releases and it is only for a limited time. Most CDs in any store cost much more than $10. You must know that. And you must know that those are entire albums and not just 4 instrumental elevator jams. Plus Prince knows no "middlemen". he takes all the money himself. So letting U.S. fans pay a few dollars shipping and international fans 10$ is just plain old stupid marketing. There is no reason to curse me but if you must, go ahead. Like Prince says in concerts, that says more about you than it does about me.
