Just thought I'd mention, I just tried downloading some videos from the club, and through my connection at work, which is tied in with the university and is pretty fast, I got the high quality realvideo file for The Work at a speed of 435 KiloBytes / second. Pretty damn fast. I know my connection from home, which is on cable modem, usually tops out at maybe 60 KiloBytes / second or so, but I could be off, I need to check again.

Anyway, Prince, or Pixius, seems to be using some solid hardware and a good Internet link. I know that doesn't really help a lot of people on 56 k modems, but it does mean that the site can support a lot of people on 56 k modems downloading at the same time.

Also, for those of you who aren't afraid to use a command line, either in a command window under Windows, or in linux, try using wget to download the videos. If you don't have it, you can download it for free from http://www.gnu.org/softwa.../wget.html. Then, figure out the url for a video file. For instance, The Work real video file is located at www.npgmusicclub.com:81/m...k-large.rm

So to download with wget, type this at a command line:

wget http://user:pass@www.npgm...k-large.rm

It should start downloading the file to your current directory.
