Damn, I am trying to download those files with DAP and they're saying my password and username is invalid! Why did they let me in via the www.npgmusicclub.com/members/index.php and otherwise they're saying my nfo is incorrect? They're pissing me off a bit now. We Can Funk

Anyone know what to do? It might be time for an upgrade. Seriously, Windows98 is getting very outdated for the newer programs. But perhaps someone else has a better idea.

Can anyone who has already downloaded the files write how to do it exactly? I tried doing it with DAP but it doesn't seem to work as it downloads about 300 bytes and says the download is completed. Is there any way save these files on my computer? We Can Funk

I have windows XP and am using DAP. The first time I tried downloading Jam of the Year, it said it was completed and nothing, zip, nada, had been downloaded. I tried it a second time and it's been downloading ever since. The high bandwidth files are pretty big, though, and I'm sure everyone and their momma are trying to get them as we speak. So, with that being said, I'm sure it'll take a while... presendly, I am up to 24+ megabytes for JOTY. and 20+ for MDMT/The Work Pt.1. enjoy... I'll post just as soon as they finish downloading... Anyone know what to do? Click the Mac files, they are WMP7 Done downloaded all the videos...in hi quality, full screen even! No problems... like I said, I used DAP and everything went well. There are four seperate downloads and they all look pretty cool. They catch the vibe and I think that's why they were chosen... BTW, did you notice that you'll soon be able to click on the front row of the theatre... betcha that will be how we get preferencial seating for the concerts should there be any... I beeetchhhaaa!!! 1nonly,
I have been using DAP for a while... and I still can't get these files... I have all the links. But when it tries to d/l it asks for authentication, so I enter my username and password, then it jumps back to the d/l window, then back to the authenication window, etc. You get the idea... any suggestions? I am using DAP 5.0.0.1. Also, I am on a direct T1, typical download speeds I recieve are between 1.5MB/sec - 2.0MB/sec ... screaming speeds Thanks in advance for you help. Feel free to Orgnote me as well.

ugh, i have the same problem as benjamin b and seangil. hey jazzfook, did it not ask you for authentication? did you use the username and password for the club? b/c when i type in mine it just says access denied...any help would be GREATly appreciated by many of us, i'm sure. tried and true: you DO NOT need DAP or whatever additional add on crap at all... you can actually access and download the movie files themselves ... it's a bit tricky from what I know.... I tried to download the files yesterday & it asked me for authentication, so I put in my club username & password. I didn't work.
so I uninstalled the DAP program then reinstalled it again and hey presto it worked. When I went to watch to the videos DAP started downloading them. so it does work.

Have I missed something...all DAP downloads is the HTML file it doesnt save the video for me at all...it just simply save the page the videos show up on.
How do I get it to save them as videos...I can get the intro MP3 no probs. Any help would be great - Thanx
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
Purpledoveuk that happened to me too. You have close DAP altogether (make sure it's not running in your system tray) and that you have deleted the html file. Once the video starts playing, click on DAP and then it will automatically start downloading the video. It's cool!

Save 'em, convert them to mpg so you can burn 'em to VCD, extract the sound to WAV to burn 'em to disc...you name it and it can be done.
