Same problems happened for me! I gave my credit card info at least 3-4 times and did receive a confirmation e-mail but was unable to download the song. At first I didn't create a password but then created with no place to sign in. Didn't want to join PayPal.

I e-mailed 3rdeyegirl and received ideas for going to my-account page, checking Spam mail.

After changing my internet browser to FireFox and again entering my card number I was able to download 'Breakfast'. But looks like the Screwdriver Remix download was not available because apparantely I already purchased the 3 time limit.

I will be following up with PayPal or whoever overcharged me for only one download.

what I wonder is who in the world doesn't have a paypal account in 2013?

After payment has gone thorough there is a small "download file" beneath each song title. You need to click and download each one separately.

Confusingly there is a large bold red text "see your order and download files" which if you press will take you away from this download page and ask for account information which doesnt exist.

Perhaps try going backwards in your internet history to find this page.

That's what I had to do. I never even noticed a "log in to become a member" option. I paid, got the e-mail and then went "where the fuck are my download links?" Went back to the page and was asked to log in. I had to keep hitting the 'back' button to get to the download option. I'd be pissed too if it were me, 88 cents or not.

No you don't.

Yes, each transaction will result in 2 separate emails. One will be a receipt from PayPal (you either paid with CC or with your PayPal account, but either way PayPal handled the transaction).

The second email will be from 3rdEyeGirl and will have your download links.

One thing that's been mentioned (that I got burned on too) is that you get limited downloads of these files so do NOT stream them to your phone! Instead download them on a laptop or desktop computer. Streaming counts as a download.

Has anyone tried emailing info@3rdEyeGirl.com? Seems to me that's your best bet.

After paying this morning with my CC and also wondering where to download the songs, I just finally received the "2nd e-mail" with links for the downloads that I purchased.

I purchased last night and just got my email with links to downloads this morning

See what I mean about this getting shit from a computer. You got to figure out how to use a payment method and if you do something wrong or make a simple mistake, you can end up being charged without getting what you paid for, not to mention your credit card number is floating around out there. None of that mess with a physical product. You simply put your money in the cashier's hand and they hand you the damn CD.

Yep. He finally got me.

This is my first time being screwed financially by Prince. And it was only $3.52 and a roughly 10 minute delay before getting the music. Not bad considering.

- the Crystal Ball fiasco (I bought it in the store)

- the supposed "lifetime" membership to NGPMC (instead of joining the club, I bought music off the ngpmc website, which I liked a lot)

Received an email with a link to download this morning from the purchase last night. Uh-Oh, doesn't work! I've reached my limit for downloads even though it never worked the first time.

Alright Prince, no problem, I'll wait till you straighten this crap out. I still want a physical CD though for quality sound purposes.

I'm just wondering if everyone having issues downloading from the email links made sure their email account is putting 3rd Eye Girl as a safe contact. I had to do that when I moved the email over from my junk mail. It worked no problem after that. At first I tried clicking on it and had the same problem everyone else is having.

Thank you. I checked my spam folder - the email with the links was in there. They worked just fine.

I had no problems ordering, downloading twice was an issue? Insulting. Just like the 2 cents spent on the website.
