3rdeyegirl password problem - can't shop

Hi guys, I have forgotten my password fro 3rdeyegirl and the lost password function on the website does not work, it says '3rdeyegirl not found' when I try to get the password resent...

And their is no email from 3rdeyegirl when registering so it seems like there is no way I can get my password to continue to buy music...

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated smile
