Okay here I sit, a FORMER Year one member, and skeptical NPGMC purchaser.

To many of you have had problems with the club not send you your order. Weather it be a whole order or partial order. I must admit that before I made my purchase, I was kind of nervous, with all the negativity about NPGMC Retail. But I figured it's just Prince fans being negative again.

WRONG! I ordered 2 Days of Wild CDs from the club two weeks ago. On Saturday I recieved 1. according to the packing slip there were two in the package. But I only recieved 1.

So I emailed NPG Records and called them (they were not open).

What do you think the odds are they they will fix this?

they always fix it .they are not that fast. but they do fix it.so don't worry

How about they try to avoid making so many mistakes in the first place?

Maybe people should start posting the once in a blue moon when they dont screw an order up.

I got my calendar...10 days ...not bad
I got my CD, hat, & tank top ...NICE...about 6 days give or take a day.

I've ordered ...lets C...atleast 4 times not and never had a problem.

Back in the days I ordered 11 Cyrstal Ball CD sets, got 1. Had to fight to get the cash back for the otehr 10.
I ordered 5 Don't Play Me CD singles. Got 1. After some faxing I got the remaining 4.
Orders of 1 piece of something went OK.
Cancelling some tickets during the past tour took some time (too much time!) but eventually I did get my money back.
So...
Just explain them clearly what is wrong and why.
And be (not too) patient.
