We were saddened to hear today that the earliest adopters of LotusFlow3r.com were charged $77 for a repeat subscription to the website. We did not expect this action to occur automatically as we had not set up a recurring billing script in our code. After getting on the phone with the payment gateway Authorize.net, we found that the subscriptions were being renewed on their end. We immediately discontinued the recurring billing for all further subscriptions and we will be refunding those who have been charged. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and are working quickly to refund anyone who was charged for a second year. The team states clearly they are sorry for the inconvienance and that they are refunding anyone who was incorrectly charged. So there it is. Not the first time in the history of the world that clerical personell made a mistake or an oversight. At least they signed it half way. and identified who they were i.e. Lotusflow3r development team. this is the time of the first fast. | |

Poor Prince indeed, he hired the ppl to run the site, this should have been sorted BEFORE renewal date, not after ppl had been fleeced more money. refunds are okay, but what about those ppl who didnt expect a withdrawal from their a/cs...are they going to reinburse any dishonour fees as well? Im so glad i didnt have access to a puter when LF dropped, otherwise i probably would be one of those peeps. seems that i was busy doing something close to nothing, but different than the day before   | |

- The site is closed down. Someone made that happen and communication should have gone out to members. How convenient for it to happen today...when everyone got charged. - Why post this on this site instead of the official site? - If we fans were wondering and worried and even took steps to stop this, how could no one had thought to not look into this earlier. Did they not gett he emails of cancelation - Renewal not in the code? Fans even pointed out this caveat when joining. So that's a bold faced lie. Really all anyone had to do was look here.
