Didn't get my t-shirt and no reply to my e-mails.

Lives in Sweden and guess what - no T-shirt.
I don´t care so much about the T-shirt, but the way they/Prince handled the Paris-shows this fall was no good. What about pre-sale tickets for members? I payed the 77$ mostly to be able to access shows. But so far - 77$ for what?
I´ve also sent mail to lotusflo3r, but no answer.

1st day subscriber, still no t-shirt.

1. no T-Shirt
2. I was charged 62.42 for Paisley concert. I was never given a confirmation/order number, so I didn't even know I had tix. I contacted Lotus several times, but they have yet to get back to me regarding a refund.
3. I have contacted lotus to inform them that I do not wish to renew my subscription and they have yet to acknowledge that request.
4. All requests for refunds have been ignored.

On the launch of the site, i was charged twice for my membership. Tried contacting lotusflow3r support and supposedly the mailbox was full.

they asked me to update my card, i did, but still haven't been charged the extra $7 for international shipping. I emailed them about this, but nothing, no response.

Latest reply - ”The T-shirts have now been created and are shipping. Please take a moment and visit the galaxy to update your credit card info, as your card on file will soon be charged $7 for international shipping charges.”

"The T shirt company have informed me that your shirt was mailed out via usps on 20th July, and that the customs/ label number is XXXXXUS.

I don't know whether you can try using this number to track the shipment in your country. If the shirt has not arrived a week from today, please send me a further email and I will try to investigate further.

I received my T-shirt but it's way too small. They sent me the wrong size.
