Joined on day 1, never got my T-shirt. I emailed support on Aug 24th, 2009 and got the standard reply (see below) on the 29th, so 5 days later. Never heard anything from them and as expected never got the T-shirt.

I received my t-shirt in the wrong size. I requested a size XL when I signed up on the website and I later received an email asking me to make sure the size is correct before the shirts are sent out. I double-checked the website and it still said XL. A few weeks later I received a size Medium. I e-mailed the customer support to see what I need to do to get the right size and never received a response. I should have just purchased the LF CD from Target and saved myself a lot of money, time and trouble.

And thinking the amount of new material is not as much as what I expected. And I expected not that much, based on experiences in the past.

Only good thing is that it's now DRM-free.

Emailed them several times and in the last email they said the following:

"I'm going to ask the T shirt company to send you a new shirt as yours does seem to be lost somewhere in the mail system. Please let me know when you receive it!"

That email is from October 14th and I still haven't received the T-shirt.

I ordered my shirt in a size XL. Before they shipped the order they sent out an e-mail asking me to tell them again what size I ordered so they can make sure they send out the correct size. I immediately responded that I ordered an XL. When my shirt arrived it was a size Medium. I've e-mailed them at least 5 times and have had no response and, needless to say, I'm still in possession of a Medium sized shirt.

I'm not sure but i think i unvoluntarely clicked on for the t-shirt and paid shipping prices and i never received it but i don't really care because i didn't want it in the 1st place.

My 1st concern is that before the site was opened we were hinted that it would allow us to watch full live shows on video and i also very clearly remember the site's administrator mentioning a 10 CD's download of previously unreleased material in an interview, and in the end we get almost only previously released or previously aired material, with less than 10 videos that weren't available anywhere else and only one exclusive song (the song from Lotusflow3r that wasn't on the CD release) and that's NOT what we were promised. That's not much for 77 bucks.

I also was disappointed with the way the Paris shows were handled: the 2 Grand Palais shows weren't available in pre-sale for members, and by the time i'd learned about them, all tickets were sold, and the Cigale party wasn't announced to members as a concert but as a mere party, so i missed it, too.

And yes, i joined on the 1st day, as i always did with any paying Prince website.
