Can anyone help. I can't download the album. It starts to download for about 5 seconds and then a notice pops up saying it cannot download because the site is either unavailable or cannot be found. I have e-mailed NPG twice over this and they have tried to help but in vain. They have now told me to e-mail the help section of the club so I am waiting to hear from them.

Have any of U got an idea as to how I can download it? I have just downloaded "Empty Room" with no problem.

i am having the same problem. hovever, i was able to get 'empty room' with no problem, and the links to the soundchecks (copenhagen, nagoya, osaka, and tokyo) came out as well, but i did have to right click my way, all the way through). you can find these on amp. good luck...

Have you asked the NPGMC nicely if they wouldn't mind e-mailing the files to you? It may not work, but it's just a thought.

Are you opening the file in a new window and then right clicking and save target as?? I am sure you are but just checking. I had this problem 3/4 times and just kept trying and it eventually worked.

I had a similar problem. I was opening their link right from hotmail, so it was different. but then when I cut and paste the link they sent me. it worked fine. what kind of e-mail do U have?

That's how I got it to work, you just have to sign-in of course, but the same thing was happening to me.

I did have problem too, but it was due to my firewall, they sent this response.

Please make sure u do not have a "pop-up blocker" preventing the download window from popping up.

U may want 2 try it from a different web browser as well. If problems persist, please emale help@npgmusicclub.com

U can also try this if u r using Internet Explorer 6:
- Go 2 ur "Internet Connections" control panel.
- Change the Security level 2 accept all cookies without checking them 4 P3P compliance.
U might also need 2 restart Internet Explorer 6 or ur entire system 4 the changes 2 take effect.

I have another problem. For me the download won´t even start. I just get an error message saying "The server returned an error response. 403 = Forbidden. Aborting". Anybody experienced the same thing?

Just anyone can access the NPGMC without signing-in and without being a member!

Then everyone wonders why Prince and NPGMC can't trust the members.

You do need to log in. If you got in without logging in it is because you have a cookie set in your browser that remembers your password.

You still have the problem? With the description of the error message you give it seems you use Right Button Click and the option Save Target As... from the download page with the list of songs.
You should first click on the LO or HI link with the left button and in the pop up window use the right button and option Save Target As... on the presented link.

I was having the same problem , what fixed it 4 me was to do the following -

1.Go2 downloads page
2.Left click on the link to open it
3.Right click on the newly opened link (in a smaller window)
4.Select "save target as" and select a folder to save it in

I have already done the things u tell me to do. I have already received all the e-mails from the npgmc that u have posted- and more. I am going to try the cutting and pasting method as that is the only thing I haven't tried. Fingers crossed...
