Retail Is A Big Burden on NPGMC I have no quarms with NPGMC or Prince, which i have had no difficulties with. But formerly 1800-New-Funk i have had repeatative flaws and irrational behaviour, that i have witnessed. First of all i paid 4 the 2000 Rave Calender, the Rave album special edition they were talkin bout 4 so long (it was on my credit-card statement as a pre-order), which i never recieved, but finaly got it from NPGMC as part of membership a few years later. Then i ordered a few items 4 my lil sis, what i got was 2 different products, and they instructed me 2 return them, but i couldn't be bothered 2 recieve more complications.
Finally 2 finish it all of, i haven't received my 'One Night Alone' CD. They said there was a prob. with the FED X delivery. What i wann know is, have some of u's had similar problems? What i can't understand is y they got rid of their phone number, cuz it makes customer relations, closed communication. Most of my emails are never responded 2, like i said i would never blame Prince, but i do blame decentralisation, u can't control everybody. Or maybe there 2 busy. I still haven't received my ONA Live box either. Have never ordered anything from NPG before, so I don't have much experience with them.
Lori @ Gage insists that my box was shipped on Dec. 10 by FedEx. I don't think FedEx should take a whole month to deliver it... So, I'm not sure what my next bold move should be. | |

In the past I have been vocal (though considered and fair) in my criticism of NPGMC/Prince. I have not received my ONA Live or ONA CDs either BUT a polite email got a fairly quick response from Lori at Gage/Archway that was helpful.
Apparently my package was undeliverable (by FEDEX?) and was sent back! I suspect they tried to deliver during working hours when I was, surprise surprise, not home. I would have expected the FEDEX man to leave a 'tried to deliver' note with details on where to collect. Now this is NOT NPGMC's fault so I'm not angry with them. Lori is going to ship it again (have asked if it can be to my work address and am awaiting an answer on that one). P.S. FYI I live in the UK 'I loved him then, I love him now and will love him eternally. He's with our son now.' Mayte 21st April 2016 = the saddest quote I have ever read! In my case NPGMC/Gage did not provide a tracking number when I requested, then didn't provide one when they alerted me to a failed delivery. They only provided one the day after it was shipped back. So.. tracking numbers are only useful if you're given them on time. I was provided with a second tracking number, which when I checked was for a successful delivey in the UK (I'm in Singapore)... so you need the correct tracking number too. Oh, and the reason for undeliverable was a wrong address, even though I have maintained the same address throughout two years of club membership! Life it ain't real funky unless you got that orgPop. | |
