i just received a reply to my question a full SIX WEEKS after
sending an email to the support team at the lotusflow3r site.

the problem, which was regarding the videos being all choppy,
has since been fixed, but come on people. the answer i got is
clearly a cut n paste paragraph they're sending everyone who
asked a question about the video's (it's non topical either).

so why did it take six weeks?

i mean, this is prince's site and i don't expect much at all
but six weeks to reply to an email? omfg.

who is on this support team anyway? is it really just scott
all on his own? and did he take a 4 week cruise just after
the site went live?

is the site still alive? that is the question i have. my feeling told me "its over"... nothing new since 4 weeks now or am i wrong?

is there still any team? reply after six weeks seems more like prince sents this mail to you by himself

The further out we get, I have to wonder where is the promotion for LotusFlow3r...just like the last 2 albums...a huge PLEASE BUY MY DANG CD blitz with media etc. before it comes out. Then it drops and P is like "Thanks".

We'll see if people reregister next year. He'll probably take the site down or something. I guarantee you no one is gonna fork over 77 dollars to him again if things don't pick up soon.

I sent them an email regarding the t shirt shortly after the site went live and got a personal response from scott about four days later. so I don't know why yours took 6 weeks. I was told I would recieve my t shirt in the size I requested.

I sent lotusflow3r support an email about my t-shirt size and got a reply 4 days later.

I've sent the support team emails and they respond right away. They are really good! The longest I had to wait for a response email was 1 day.
