Got mine delivered to my parents house yesterday. It arrived via fedex. For some strange reason fedex made my mother pay 22,50 euros because of customs regulations. Did anybody else had this problem?

I received the ONA Box twice (mistake by the NPGMC) last monday.. I had nothing to pay to the FedEx man, but one envelope, there was a paper (outside), I have to pay 22.50 EUR..(strange thing, one Box without anything and one box with 22.50 EUR, but the FedEx didn't ask me 4 the money..)..

my box arrived yesterday here in hamburg. I also had to pay 22,50 EUR to fedx. they sad, that the german customs charged this money, called "einfuhrumsatzsteuer". what means import-tex. gage wrote on the parcel that the value in it is about 5,00 $. the german customs opened the parcel and they said, "no this is not the price of the wonderful onal box that must be way up high", so they decide a value of the box and plus fees, vat, etc. they figured out a import-tex of 22,50 EUR. we have to blame the german customs and gage and not fedx or the npgmc. if gage is a professionel company, they had to know that, and they had to write "gift" on the parcel and not a value of 5 $.

Same thing happend 2 me.
