It's sad that NPGMC writes (to me) that they're under the impression that the shipping is done per country; it appears there's _no_ communication between NPGMC and gage.com. Do you believe that!? Shouldn't they be sending this email to UPS???
Jeez, they're passing a lot of business to UPS / Fedex, the least they could do is ask for some kind of delivery report. Am I missing somthing here?  | |
