I finally got past the 'invalid origin' error in Firefox. Not sure which of these did the trick, but I cleared cache, cookies, etc. and also turned off Ad-block for the site. I'm downloading the zip files now and it looks like they're transmitting ok...so far.

I was having trouble downloading the ablums, so I thought I'd try logging out like some here have suggested. Problem? I couldn't get back in. I used both the forgot username and forgot password options and confirmed both.

Here's the trouble: When I created my password, I used an underscore, but the login fields don't accept them. I confirmed this by copy and pasting from the email into the username field (which of course) allows you to see what you've entered. The underscore is stripped. I've sent emails off to both admin@ and support@, but have yet to hear back.

I'm not a designer, but I work as an account manager/ site administrator for a company that operates the websites for a large list of bands and muscians. This site is hard to navigate, and the video doesn't work so well, but I can appreciate the effort. Something so simple as not testing your fucking sign-up forms? INCREDIBLE.

Have you tried clearing your browser then restarting? I was stuck on the page you were, then heard some music and found it open in another tab (FF). Check for pop-up blockers, No Script or Adblock conflicts if you use them.

Managed 2 get in thanks very much 4 all the useful info, in the UK got 2 go 2 work in 4 hrs - 04:10 am here, been at it since 2am! Anyway the way I got in was;

(I know most of this has been posted - just a recap 4 any1 who needs it.)

IE 8 - Not working
Firefox - Not Working

1. Google Chrome - Worked!

2. Go onto the ticket - 4get already a member - type in 1986 and the LOS ANGELES (with space)

3. Then fill in registration info with CC details - and finally got in.


Video is a bit slow, managed 2 download all of the Albums - from other posts u may want 2 do this b4 logging out! Haven't had a confirmation email yet - bit worrying with CC transactions.

Phew - wheres the tix? Can't get 2 LA anyway...

Can u c the 3 sections of the site? U may need an update of Flash player or try using Google chrome as a browser.

When I logged in the 3 sections of the site loaded and then u can go 2 each section and download the albums or navigate 2 the video and poics sections..etc

What browser r u using?

My card has been charged multiple times (checked with my bank) and still no access!!!!! This is so worrying.

I got into the website OK with no problems. I am trying to get tickets and when I click on the symbol.... it gives me the options and when I click tickets there is nothing there. Are they already gone?????

I can't say for certain, but from experience at work, let me suggest that they may not be charges, but holds that will clear in a few hours. I'm not sure why they happen, or why banks can't tell the difference, but we hear about them often during presales we hold for our clients.

I was using IE7 on one PC and Firefox on the other. I'm using adobe flash player 10 on both... thanks for your help
