I really recommend that people DO NOT JOIN. The only reason that I did was because so far there is no Canadian release date for the cd. I just can't believe how difficult the sight is to navigate. It's almost like whoever designed it made it intentionally difficult.

So far I think that two words describe my experience: frustrating and disappointing. Hopefully the site will get better but I have a bad feeling that we will be charged extra for any additional music.

On the positive side I really like the Lotusflow3r album. Mplsound is ok and the Bria Valente is kind of meh.

This happened to me last night. I got stuck somewhere closed my browser and tried going back in to no avail. The ticket simply hangs on the screen. Try clearing out your cach and cookies. I'd also do a restart of your computer first. It also might take a bit to get in. I notice the site would hang here, the globe of videos and sometimes inbetween songs.

One thing I have tried that seems to wrk esp after the ticket floats away yet nothing is happening, try refreshing.

I'm just now checking out the new site... how do you pay for a membership? There is no log in to get a user name and password.... what do you type in the ticket and what do you select to register what you typed in?

there must be some email I'm missing....

Remember U won't be able to create a screen name and password to enter the site without paying the $77.00.

In order to get in to pay the $77.... U have to enter '1986' in the ticket stub that says Mar 07 (enter '1986') then enter 'Los Angeles' in the city field.

Then you in... and it's worth every penny of the $77. if ur a Prince enthusiast.

- 1 complete, previously released, concert. 2 Prince's defense i'd add that it's never been rereleased on DVD & that the home video is hard 2 find, but bootleg DVD copies are SO easily found that it doesn't make it very precious anyway. An official, good quality DVD or downloadable rerelease would b much more appropriated.
- 8 unreleased live songs, most of which have been TV broadcasted (& there4 recorded by, then traded amongst fans) b4. I have no idea where Shhh.. comes from, though, since it doesn't seem 2 b the 1994 version (once again i haven't seen much of it).

I sincerely trust that more & more videos will be available in due time but even if i COULD watch them (& i can't), if that list is any indication of what's 2 come it'll mean that our $66 ($77 minus the 3 new album's $11) will allow us 2 get mostly videos of stuff that every serious fan ALREADY have in his/her collection. That PLUS the fact that we can't download them (i.e.: we'll lose it all as soon as Prince closes the website, which will happen as soon as he releases a new album & create a new website called "newalbum.com").

I don't like 2 complain & i was one of the happy fews 2 b 100% satisfied with 2001's NPGMC (tons of mostly unreleased stuff + the possibility 2 download everything + a light website). But i'm still waiting 4 lotusflow3r.com 2 WORK (4 one thing) & 2 offer us TRULY xclusive content (4 another thing.)

One more vote for buyers remorse... I'd rather have waited for a truly navigable site. I'm running a decent computer (macbook pro from last year that meets the system requirements - at least I think so) and a decent connection, and for $77 I think these components should allow me to see everything the site has to offer in a timely manner. Or allow me the option to see diminished quality video to make navigating the site a user-friendly exercise. And it's ridiculous that if I exit the site and try to log in again, I have to take another 5 or so minutes of waiting time. This reminds me of the really old school days of personal computing when I ran programs off of cassette tapes (showing my age, I know)..

DAMN U, PRINCE!!

Its much much easier to find and download a boot than to navigate and download from the site.
