Ohhh u have no idea how frustrated I was getting I could see the ticket but I couldn't get it to do anything when I clicked and I couldnt hear any music and I was getting advice laeft right and centre on how to fix it
I did some flash updates and so on and in the end I just decided to give up on the whole thing like I did once before when the site was taking forever to load...
So then I come back to it this morning and BINGO!!!!! Not only did the music work but so did the ticket Yayyyyy me

I went through the "activity" window un der "windows" on my Safari and clicked on "http://lotusflower.com/home_encrypt.swf" Went right through. It let me submit my info too. I had been in the hospital for a week and missed all of this. I'm all good except for that I missed this stuff! Bu I'm all caught up now!
