The service & system at NPGMC is disgusting They could benefit from a more helpful and knowledgeable customer service process and representatives - and they really do need to update their software - with order tracking and order history etc - much more detailed.

I think "disgusting" is a little strong. Definitely bad but not disgusting - their service isn't so horrible that I refuse to use the site or that the mere thought of NPGMC makes me ill. Although if I was still waiting for ONAL to arrive I would be disgusted & royally pissed off. | |
