i would like to know when the rest of the subscription 4 cd's are going to be delivered.

i am giving a serious thought to demand full refund from my credit card company. as the tour has not reached spanish shores, we have only one poor cd released, half of it had already been released to members last year; so with no monthly downloads and no vip privileges the benefits have been a complete fraud for me and many others. it is completely unfair having spent almost a complete year awaiting cd's that never arrive but having paid 100$ in advance. that's money for nothing.

i know nothing good is gonna probably be work out out of this, but i wanted to express my most energic protest against your service for us, members. i used to be a prince music lover, now you have made me just an angry customer.

The good news, still, is dat it seems they beggin 2 respond 2 emales again. But if we only get ONA & ONA Live, eye think we REALLY will have good reasons 2 complain when the year ends !!!

Nice of them to respond to ALL of your issues in their response, eh?
Still, I would think getting a refund would be close to impossible. I mean, you did/are going to get something for your money.

you might end up dissapointed (again) Bcause credit card companies explicitly limit the time you get to object to payments, something like 6 weeks? So if you already got ONA (I don't) you're probably way past the date to object and get any kind of refund

At least you got a response. Maybe my letter was too long...or should I say "2 long".

1) You RECIEVED a cd already, and a LOT of the music on it was NEW!!! (He didn't HAVE to do that, you know!)Welcome 2 the Dawn!

2) Just because you bought tour books that stated you'll recieve "Xenophobia", "Very Best of 0)->", and "Last December", it didn't mean you ACTUALLY would recieve THEM, okay? Sheesh! Just be glad you're gettin' the LIVE set going to retail! So WHAT if it cost you $75.00 and the casual shopper at Best Buy $35! YOU are a member of the "New Power Generation", they AREN'T!! Membership does have it's privliges!; This is what they mean.Get it?Welcome 2 the Dawn!

3) Cryptic and vague e-mail responses from NPGMC are COOL! Not knowing what exactly is going on at Paisley Park, with the club, or your $100 is all PART of the MYSTIQUE of Prince, don't you think?!

4) Don't you GET it when Prince says you bought into/in2 an "ORGANIC" club? I do!
NPGMC is "organically run" and "creatively grown"!!! It makes PERFECT SENSE!!Man, you people!
You supply the $100. Prince does the gardening...sometimes there will be a GOOD crop, a BAD crop,or NO crop at ALL! Sometimes it takes time for things to grow! Prince is the farmer and he can only take the goods 2 market when it's "HARVEST TIME"! If you're ANY kind of Prince fan at ALL, you know darn well that Prince DOES NOT BELIEVE IN TIME!!! So it's "Harvest time" when the spirit moves him, if it does at all.

This is what he means by an ORGANIC club! This "is where your money goes", to quote the Prince bootleg "High Fashion"! (cool song that is NOT brought 2 u by NPGMC)

YOU all should be grateful for NPGMC, shut up, open your chequebooks and make out that payment to NPGMC 2003!
