This is an excerpt from my correspondence with NPGMC. It seems then that ONA Piano Album will be sent to all those who have not received one (like me) apart from it being included in the ONA Live Box Set.

There seems to be a general buzz going around that ONA is being automatically shipped with ONA Live, above and beyond the "official" delivery that you should have gotten beforehand...I'm inclined to believe this buzzing, as my NPGMC account status lists both items as being "In Progress". I got a mysterious UPS notice on my door last night, so I hope to have a better answer to this as of tonight...
