I too, express my own opinions and thoughts on the org. That's what I've been doing. I do not feel any pressure to be 'negative' about the NPGMC, because that has not been my experience. You'll notice that I was very critical about the queue line arrangements for the London shows. I'm just being honest.

Scroll up the thread and check some others. You consistently judge my ideas. I've never appointed myself 'grand poobah'. I see many of the points you complain about in your own behaviour.

and unlike you i do not spend time here criticizing other people's posts and telling them they should shut up. nor do i go out of my way to send insulting or threatening ORGnotes to the prince.org members i disagree with.

I have not 'threatened' anyone least of all you via org note. If I have offer the proof, rather than conjecture. Furthermore I have personally seen an org note that you sent to another orger calling her 'a bitch'. Once again you prove hypocritical.

you do these things, though, and imo you cross the line with this behavior.

I agree. I'm 'airing' mine they just happen to be positive.

if you have, (and you were paying attention), you will see that i am NOT the only NPGMC premium member who is dissatisfied with the club this year.
we are MANY. and with good reason.

There are also MANY who are satisfied. Not every NPGMC member is joined to this site.

we have, over eight months, received ONE CD about 40 minutes in length, composed in part of songs we already bought last year. granted, it's a nice little effort, but hardly fulfills prince's promises of bringing us the 'jelly'.

I've never disagreed with you on this point. I'm anticipating further CD's.

not only have we not received music in return for our pre-payments, but (and this is my MAIN point) the NPGMC is so poorly operated and run that it cannot/will not even give members information about what we can expect to receive and when we might expect to receive it.

this is very, very bad business practice. obviously.

I would never attempt to 'silence' anyone. In responding I've intentionally furthered the debate.

people like you, who believe that prince can do no wrong, who tell people like me that we should shut up and take whatever comes our way without question, are ultimately more harmful than helpful to prince's cause.

prince needs to hear what people are saying. he needs to respond to our concerns. not only would that be good business practice, it would be common courtesy.

I'm sure Prince does need to 'hear'. But that does not relate to me, nor the topic. The easiest way of letting Prince know is to E-mail NPGMC surely?

as to whether or not i'll rejoin, that, along with everything else, is not something i'll take your advice on.

...so anyone who thinks that we're gonna receive anything EXCEPT the 3-cd ONA live disc...i'd wager my bootlegs that we're not getting anything else...
