OK so the London show presales are sold out. Can one of you lucky ones who have bought tix pls explain the process? The site says click on Member Retail. Does this take you to a specific tix sale section that only appears when there are tix for sale? Or are the tix for sale in one of the regular Retail subsections - Music, Gear etc?

Can someone please explain cos if more tix become available I want to be damn sure that I can get to the right area fast without navigating around and around the site.

There are in the premium section of the retail bit, amongst hats and scarfs yes!

I was a lucky one although I didn't realise at the time. I logged on which took a bit longer than usual. Went to concerts, clicked the link to the right of the date which took me to the member retail section. I was panicking because it was 10.02 and nowhere could I see ticket sales. Everything was painfully slow. I went back and forward a few times. 10.05, I thought (like you) is there a special section for the concerts but then…. there they were…. like normal items listed one after the other between a vest top and a baseball cap just like any other item. I typed in 2, viewed my cart, proceeded to check out, confirmed addresses and credit card and received a reference number immediately and an e-mail a few seconds after that.
