I joined a good 10 -12 weeks ago now, I have not had anything at all from NPGMC as yet. All e-mails to them, I get the same reply "we are processing your order, please wait a while longer...peace".

For $100 this has to be the most annoying thing ever!


BUT...


If my ONA disc does arrive (hopefully with the second club disc) then I reckon it's a winner. I would happily pay the money, if I knew i was definiately going to get the discs! But the delay in the discs arriving is beginning to get me a bit worried. The money was taken from my account very very quickly, yet no bloody discs!!!

Sadly I live in the UK, so concerts seem to be unlikely. So the discs are the only things that can ease the pain.

PLease NPGMC send me my discs!!!

I joined at the beginning of June.. havent received any music to date, but always understood that ONA would come along with the second release... dont panic, just chill

If recieving the ONA CD will make your membership worthwhile to you, then you've answered your own question...

The real question should be "Should we be expecting better customer service with our membership?"...and the answer to that seems to be an overwhelming "YES!"...lol

My only guess is that they decided to mail out the ONA disc with the second CD to those members who signed up past a certain date, in order to save on costs...yanno, mail 'em both together instead of doubling the mailing costs and mailing them seperately...

i joined in the late spring, and it took about 2 1/2 months to get to me, so try to be patient. the above posts are likely right, i think they send out their CD's in groups rather than one at a time. good luck.

Being in the UK, I can see how receiving the ONA disc would give you some solice.

I was fortunate enough to get the disc relatively quickly as far as I can tell from when everyone else received (or not received) theirs.
