St. Louis After party It was announced on a local radio station- and he WILL make an appearance.
Location- Rum Jungle on the Landing. That is all I know. Hope that it is NOT 21 and up... because I won't be able to get in... LOL> But you all will sneak me in, right? *cough* | |

If he shows up at the Rum Jungle let me know. He's got a concert tomorrow in Memphis though so I'm not sure if I can afford the $20 to get in. Plus I'm not interested in seeing Rubin Studdard or the St. Lunatics. They were all "invited", but who will show? After my long night of singing Take Me With You into his microphone and ALMOST getting his handkerchief I think I'm done for the night. If anyone goes to RUm Jungle let me know how it goes.  | |

Just got back...by 12 am no one showed up....I was driving around downtown STL when I saw their tour bus at the hotel...I dont thinks they are gonna show....  June 19's Pop Culture Commentary - Beyonce'

Hey what up fam-
I wish I could have made it to the Hard Rock, but got tied up with last minute crap. Were any of you at Rue 13? If so, maybe you saw me. I had on a TINY black mini-dress (1/2 my ass was hangin' out )and fishnets. Prince and NPG were at Velvet and Rue 13 on Washington. The new keyboardist for The Time, Jeff, was there also. Prince was watching a video of the performance. Ani Defranco was with him. She plays a show in STL tonight. I think everybody left around 2:30am. Prince mentioned wanting to play pool at Rue 13 but he never did. The original plan was to go to Rum Jungle, but it was too widely advertised-too many people. Most people at Rue didn't even know that Prince was right next door at Velvet! News and entertainment shows were posted at the Jungle expecting him there and they reported on his no-show this morning. I felt lucky to be "in the know" for once! Holla. Going to Chicago to check out The Time on May 21st and I'll catch them at that cheesy-ass rib fest back in the STL on the 27th(?). oh yeah, I guess Jay Leno apperance is in there somewhere too.
