Just finished seeing the man in Knoxville, Atlanta, and Nashville and had some random thoughts..

I ordered tickets just minutes after they went on sale for each venue and I did get front row seats for all.

It's amazing how different Prince acted in all three concerts...laid back in Knoxville, like he had something to prove in Atlanta, and playful and fun in Nashville.

When Prince tells the crowd to jump make sure you're not next to a drunk guy with a quart of beer in his cup or you're gonna get wet (Atlanta)

If you think you're gonna be close to the stage take earplugs....those small speakers on the stage pack a wallop.

Prince needs to get his britches tailored again...the brutha spends too much time hitching his drawers up.

Amy Grant and Vince Gill were in the house in Nashville...Amy was jammin, Vince was sitting. Guess who must've drug who to the concert?

You know Prince is gettin old when he wears those platform nurses shoes all show and only wears the heels for the encore.

What a blast it is to see your twelve year old daughter singin along to the songs you grew up on and in awe of Prince's showmanship and musicianship.

Blackwell is just a really nice guy....we were behind him in Knoxville and he teased with my daughter and gave her 2 drumsticks. Oh by the way...he can play those drums!

The last two shows I was in front of Rhonda....damn, I don't think I realized how fine she is!

Even after my 10th Prince concert, I am still amazed when he plays guitar and I still get chills when I hear the opening notes to Purple Rain.

Oh well, just some random thoughts on what was an amazing three weeks of shows.

did Prince notice Amy or Vince in the crowd?

no...he didn't seem to notice them at all.
