I'll be there too! I guess this is my year for Prince! Just went to the New York show on Monday (AWESOME!!). Going to see him in Pittsburgh and also in State College! My husband is a hell of a man for putting up with my "hobby."

I just checked ticketmaster.com. They have listed shows on Monday August 23rd and Tuesday August 24th in Philly.

Hurray! Got tixs this morning for the August show (Wachovia Center). My boyfriend is going with me, so I'm extra stoked. He's never been to a show, and this will be my fifth! I was fortunate enough to be living in Baltimore when Prince made his triumphant return to Charm City (and the DC area). That's when I saw him 4 times in a year and a half...that rocked!

Wow, didn't know he was going to play 8/23 AND 24th! Excellent!

This isn't the place I had origionally thought of, but it's much nicer and is centrally located between the various hotels you all are staying at. It's right in the middle of town, sort of a laid back place with a piano bar, great food and a nice view of the area. Located on Allen Street, of course, and ABOVE the Corner Room. You can't miss it. It's right on the corner of Allen Street and College Avenue, white building with tons of windows. It's a pretty popular place so if any of you get turned around at all (pretty impossible because the town is so small). It's about a 5-10 minute drive to the Jordan Center.
