My brother in Tennessee wants me to help him with buying a ticket. I live in Florida.
He is not a member of the NPGMC primarily because he doesn't own a computer.

Can I buy his tickets and will he be able to pick them up at the "will call" window?

I really want to do this for him, because he was the ORIGINAL Prince fan in the family. He is the reason I got into this music to begin with. I remember him blasting Starfish and Coffee out of his bedroom while I was getting ready for middle school. Over the years, I'm the one that keeps HIM informed on what's going on in prince world. He's very anti-technology/computer/internet.

Only way to do this is to set up a new NPGMC account with your brother's name and email on it. If he doesn't have email, create one for free on Yahoo or something. You can still use your own credit card on it etc. to pay for his ticket. Then log into that new account and buy him a ticket. It will then be at will call under his name for the show. He shows photo ID and picks it up.

You'll have to pay another $25 for his membership but if he really wants to go...

Read the FAQs on the website...I think you can change your First and Last Name to his so that he can claim the tickets. Read the FAQs for yourself and see if you get the same interpretation.

If you're buying tix for yourself for one show and tix for him to another, you're better off having separate accounts. I don't completely trust the "change your name in the profile" thing as I was asked for my NPGMC id in line at the Fillmore when checking in. So I think you did the best thing - get him his own account. Cleaner. You're a great sibling BTW!
