I love that NY aftershow from 2002 and have no idea who is the guy who came onstage after George Clinton. Please let me know.

If the sequential order is the same as on ONA live, it is Musiq. In case you don't know him, he's a "nu-soul" singer. He came out last year with a fairly cool album, "juslisten". Far from D'Angelo, Bilal or Dwele in my view though
