Wanted to inform you that the Purple Reign Prince Tribute band from Las Vegas WILL NOT be performing on August 23 in Detroit at Chene Park.

The date has been cancelled and was never really scheduled. Those that purchased tix -- $20 and $40 a seat -- through Ticketmaster, should look into getting a refund.

But the cancellation should not deter you from partying with The Detroit Crawl Motor Babies Aug 22 and 23.

Two events, both FREE, in Motown. Please come.

And the following weekend Aug 30 -- Chaka Khan, FREE, at Hart Plaza, 9pm showtime at Ford International Jazzfest, and Aug 31, THE TIME, also FREE at 10pm, at Arts Beats and Eats annual Labor Day weekend festival in Pontiac.
