If anyone has an extra ticket for either show let a fellow funkateer know. Was just given some wiggle room & would love to get some purple funk in my trunk! |

So now that the ticket situation is over, and you have your tickets, what do you want to hear Prince play? My top five picks would be:
The Beautiful Ones
Condition of the Heart
The Ladder
Thieves In The Temple
The Love We Make TRUE BLUE |

(Btw I live about 3 miles from PP and can provide us with transportation to and from the shuttle). Thanks !! Go to the Mall of America! It's awesome, indoors, and warm!! The Hard Rock also has some Prince memorabilia to see. |

I'm still trying to figure out how logistics for going to both shows will work. But I figure there are a number of us in the same boat so we will just see and go along for the adventure. My best guess is this: If the LAST shuttle back to the SouthWest Village Transit parking lot for the first show leaves at 10:00 (the same time the FIRST bus to the second show is scheduled to go) then he will hopefully start right on time at 8:00 and play 90 minutes or so. Then we can get our shuttles back to our cars and it is a 1.5 mile drive from that lot to the Chanhassen Transit lot to park and sign in and get a shuttle back to the 11:00 PM show. Lotta running around but hopefully it can all be done in time and we can see two great, hopefully unique performances with different songs! QUite excited!! it should be a fun night! And if I am correct in predicting roughly 90 minte shows thats three hours of Prince! Never know... second show could last longer with no hurry to get out of there unless there is a curfew or something. |

i'm hoping that us with tix to both shows can just stay close by and not have to leave and return. Also there is no curfew, the 3 times I've been there we danced and partied till like 3am in the morn

Hopefully they will realize that there are a lot of people that are going to both shows and we won't have to mess with moving our vehicles from one spot to the other. TRUE BLUE |

what about just driving to PP if you have tickets for both? Or parking along side of the road? That way you're there and your car isn't in two different spots. You would think he would know us enough to know that people are going to both shows.... |

The confirmation email we received makes it clear the tickets were sold through an existing ticketing site called songkick. They just used the PPAD site as a sort of branding cover.

I hope that works out for you folks going to 2 shows also, but I don't have much faith considering how these things are usually organized. Being that the email states that the willcall wrist-banding will happen AT the parking location, they'll need to ensure you don't have to go to the other lot to get checked in. Hopefully they can do a double wrist-band at the first lot before they move the 11pm list over to the second parking location. That's what would be smart. But I don't count on them to be smart about that kinda thing. |

VIP will likely be allowed parking IN the Paisley lot, which would make it all easier for people going that route. |

I agree that these would be great if arranged for piano! I'd also love to hear him do Thunder, Willing and Able, 3 Chains of Gold, Man o' War, and so many others....But I'm sure he'll just noodle. |

The 2 lots really aren't that far apart, both within about 5 minutes of the Park. They could make a run to the other location if anyone's left on the shuttle after they drop at the 11pm lot.
This wouldn't be that hard to figure out and organize, we just have to hope they're planning on it. |

That would make sense, but if we have to re-park then it shouldn't be a big deal. |
