Just got an email from Songkick...great news for GA ticket holders - thank you PPAD!

"All General Admission ticket purchasers for both the 8:00 PM & 11:00 PM shows must park at SouthWest Village Transit. Patrons will be checked in, wrist-banded for both events and board a shuttle to Paisley Park. Once the 8:00 PM show has ended, patrons who also purchased tickets for the 11:00 PM show will be lead to a waiting area in between events."

Update 1/20: Just in from Paisley Park!

100 general admission tickets for the 8:00 and 11:00 shows tomorrow will be released exclusively tomorrow as walk-ups, first-come first-served. All of these tickets will be $150, and each will come with a CD of Prince’s new album HITNRUN Phase 2.

Ticket sales will be made available exclusively from the Paisley Park will call set up at 650 SW Village Transit Station, Chanhassen, Minn., 55317. Sales will begin at 3 p.m. sharp on Thursday.

Ticket buyers for the 8 p.m. show will be asked to park at the transit station for the show; parking for the 11 p.m. show will be at another location, which will be announced at the time of purchase. Shuttle buses will take attendees from parking stations to Paisley Park.

Additional details:

Cash sales only
Tickets $150 include CD
One (1) ticket per person
First 100 tickets are for the 8:00 p.m. show only, second 100 tickets are for the 11:00 p.m. show
All sales final, non-transferable and non refundable
Wristbands will not be replaced if lost or damaged

We wanted to send you a reminder about some of the details for Prince’s 8:00 PM & 11:00 PM shows this Thursday, January 21, 2016 at Paisley Park Studios. Get excited for a truly incredible night of music ahead!

WILL CALL TICKET INFORMATION
All admission for this event will be will call only. There are no physical tickets for this event and your purchase receipt is only confirmation of payment.

Note that the name used to purchase the tickets must match the name of one of the individuals being admitted to the event. Names will be confirmed with a valid photo ID. Only complete parties will be granted admission. All patrons should have purchase receipts available digitally or physically in case of any issues.

ENTRY & EXIT PROCEDURES
All General Admission ticket purchasers for both the 8:00 PM & 11:00 PM showsmust park at SouthWest Village Transit. Patrons will be checked in, wrist-banded for both events and board a shuttle to Paisley Park. Once the 8:00 PM show has ended, patrons who also purchased tickets for the 11:00 PM show will be lead to a waiting area in between events.

** Any patron with a disability that requires handicap parking will be allowed to park onsite at Paisley Park so long as a valid handicap parking permit is presented and displayed upon arrival. Please proceed to SouthWest Village Transit to receive your wristband and a Paisley Park handicap parking pass. **

In respect of the artist and all those in attendance, we request that you be present with us to experience the music and the atmosphere unobstructed by technology. Absolutely no cell phone or camera use of any kind will be allowed inside the venue. No audio recording, video recording or photography of any kind will be permitted. Security will be on-site to ensure this request is maintained throughout the evening. Any individuals found recording audio, video or images will be asked to leave without refund. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

Please be aware that Paisley Park is an alcohol-free and tobacco-free environment. The ingestion of any of these products while in Paisley Park can result in your immediate removal from the premises.

Be advised that the reselling or unauthorized transfer of tickets will be strictly prohibited and result in order cancellation. In an effort to avoid unauthorized reselling, once patrons have entered the Paisley Park complex, no re-entry will be permitted. We thank you for your cooperation.

Wear whatever you're comfortable in. Whether you prefer to dress up or dress down you won't be alone. Minnesota in general is very unpretentious.

I will likely be wearing jeans, a sweater and boots. It's cold out. lol

That jacket reminds me of a tour jacket I had for a while after 'liberating' it backstage at a concert venue.... long story but I was forced to give it back but somehow got tickets to an aftershow in Brussels in return.

Have fun everone... I am jealous that I wont be there but my back is killing me after processing a metric shit ton of herring, a sick cranky daughter and the weateh reports. All lame excuses (I'm old).

Hopefully the little dude will take this gig on the road.

This will be the first "proper" show I've been to (ie, tickets purchased in advance, set start time, etc). I've been to half a dozen or so shows at Paisley Park, the first back in the summer of 95. Front and center for one of them -- so I consider myself pretty high on the "luckiness" metric. Mostly I feel ever so fortuante that this person chooses to stay "local", and that I live within an hour of "local."

Ever so looking forward to this first-ever kind of Prince show.

By the way, I'll be the guy dressed in all black with the woman whom, upon seeing, your first thought will be "what the hell is SHE doing with HIM?"
