Tonight's shows blew last night's out of the water! "Why You Wanna Treat Me So Bad" was played in the first set, and some killer encores of The Car's "Let's Go" and "Sign O The Times"!!! He has the sampler keyboard so look out. The full band joined in for SOT with P on bass.

Crimson and Clover in the second set had P playing piano for some of it (and I swear he played some of Manic Monday). And then there was the crowd surfing ...

For all the ladies out there, his a$$ looked phenominal!!! As did everything else of course I love the afro. Though I do love when he was the retro du-rag (is that what's it's called?)

How has this not been shared:

After the last curtain for the first show, and while the lights were on, I thought I head just house playback of a song. The curtains parted, and there was our last encore:

SIGN "☮" THE TIMES!!!!!!!

And he let Ida have a break, and he gave us a clinic on some BASS!

I can't reiterate:

The man is doing it ya'll. He is being playful. He is giving massive amounts of shine to Donna and outright told everybody she wrote Plectrum Electrum. He CROWD SURFED. And he didn't quit the first time when the folks didn't right. He did it again. There's a lot of charisma and stuff I didn't anticipate seeing from him.

i am so excited about the shows! im going to the vegas one next week! it will be my first time ever seeing P! I have heard people mention hannah's husband a few times. Do you have to have those wrist bands for front row, or is it first come first serve? How did you hook that up? lol

I almost died and went to heaven a handful of times yesterday! The rest of the cities for this tour are in for SUCH A FUCKING TREAT! Vancouver warmed him up goood for you guys!

First show, I was there at 4:30 pm and there were about 30 people in front of me. For the 2nd show, I had reentry dibs (special line). For the 3rd show, I got there at 3:30pm and there was about 20 people in front of me.

About half an hour before they let us in for each show, Josh came outside and started talking to people and discretely handing out wrist bands. Find his photo - know his face! I had to sing to him a couple of times to get him to give me wrist bands. Just show how devoted you are! And of course, tell him you love his wife. 'Cause Hannah really is amazing.
