Okay guys. Both of todays shows were fucking amazing. Fucking amazing.
For the second show, I don't remember everything but....HE FUCKING PLAYED THE WORK AND U GOT THE LOOK.
AND HE POINTED AT ME AND SANG "YOU GOT THE LOOK!". He crowd surfed. I touched his ass, his shoe, his hand, and his guitar. He pulled a woman up on stage, let her dance, hug, and kiss him on the cheek. Who ever Prince has turned into, I FUCKING LOVE HIM EVEN MORE.
I'm so tired. And I hate doing reviews because my mind can't keep a train of thought to be able to make a paragraph that makes sense. But let me just tell you. The shows tonight were fucking amazing. So amazing that... I was thinking about getting a very small love symbol tattood on me. I'm not thinking anymore. I AM DOING.
I LOVE YOU P
And Hannah's husband Joshua for giving me wrist bands for front row access for 3 of the 4 shows I attended.
I love this whole 3rd eye girl shit. It's amazing. Okay. I'm done for now
(in my haste to write this, I typed "she's got the look" instead of "u got the look". Mixing Roxette song titles with Prince titles. oh boy! Sorrrrry!!!)

How Disrespectful
How ridiculous is it that people think purchasing a ticket to a concert entitles them to inappropriately invade a persons personal space. It is disrespectful and body surfing is not an invitation to inappropriate touching of another human beings body. Nuff said.

It was intentional. He remarked that the first side didn't get it right. And when he was in the air, he was calling directions. I specifically heard him say and point to the left which was not in the direction of the stage.
That's what I'm saying: he has been really opening up. These shows were special.
The crowd surfing had to be intentional because on my side, we didn't pull him away from the stage and then he went and said something like "what i'm not that heavy" and then he went to the other side. The other side took the hint and brought him out. As Guybros stated, he pointed which direction he wanted to go and the fans brought him in those directions.
If he didn't like it, he would have let us know. He was a very open Prince last night!
I thought I had mentioned this above but maybe not... He took a rose and a ticket stub from two different fans on different sides of the stage, put both items in his mouth, and gave them back to the owners of the items. SINCE WHEN DOES HE DO THAT?! He shook hands, he gave his guitar to the crowd to touch...
I don't know. All signs are pointing to "he was happy and having a good time" just like the fans were.
I've been at Prince shows where he stage dived b 4 & shook hands with his fans. He shook a lot of fans hands at Nokia Theater in LA during Lotusflow3r launch. This Prince is not so rare..I have been at shows where he gave us his guitar also. This is not new Prince!Maybe the accepting gifts part is new since JW's aren't suppose to do that. But he did give them back..
Intimate small venue shows are when U c the real Prince... will ALWAYS think of like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm. mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that wasn't of this earth, would not have been that surprised. R.I.P. |

I completely forgot about the rose in his mouth - priceless. I'd like a photo of that. And of him crowdsurfing. And of Donna layinng across her amps. and and and.... Do you remember a girl going crazy during let's work/u got the look? Jumping intensely and all... Hahah if so, that was me! Yeah that'd be a great photo. His expression was so playful and happy! When it happened, I immediately thought of purple rain haha. And him in a white ruffled shirt hahaha White, Black, Puertorican, everybody justa freakkkkkin'! |

anyone got pictures of the crowd surfing? thats pretty cool
I know, right?! I want to see that! At least some photos, if not a video!
Maybe I'll see it live in Vegas. Unfortunately I'm up in the balcony so won't get to participate. "I would say that Prince's top thirty percent is great. Of that thirty percent, I'll bet the public has heard twenty percent of it." - Susan Rogers, "Hunting for Prince's Vault", BBC, 2015 |
