According to the Rebuild the Dream site, you can get a ticket for volunteering the night of the show on the 24th and the 25th.

People like you change the lives of others who you may never met just because you are in it and give so unselfishly of yourself. It's amazing that through your volunteerism you enrich the initial people you serve and then their immediate family & friends are blessed in the overflow. But ultimatily your service continues to reach, influence and touch the lives of the people in their areas of influences. This literally brought tears to my eyes. I feel this way about the people I know who volunteer but not about myself.

I don't look at volunteerism like that. I just want to help people.

If you are a volunteer, then the same can be said of you.

Although Prince ain't my best friend right now I do appreciate that he's partnered up with Rebuild the Dream, that the shows are benefitting them and that he's giving some fans the opportunity to see him that otherwise could not have.

There has been an additional opportunity to volunteer added to the site for the 26th and the hours have been adjusted from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. to 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Thanks again Stymie, although I have not received any confirmation on whether I was selected or not for the honor and blessing of volunteering/serving for one of the Prince concerts in Chicago yet, they did send me an e-mail informing me about the programs empowerment mission, some strategies and a wonderful concept to provide on going support for displaced community residents, registration and voting partnershiip for the Latino community.

But they did inform me Prince will be on The View on Monday!!!

Thanks, again for blessing so many of us with this possible opportunity to serve before the concerts and received informative and valuable information... I so value you and appreciate you...who knows how many lives you will be indirectly responsible as a positive catalyze for change...man that Rocks
