I logged on at about 8:58 and was placed in a queue - then I saw on the main page they stated they are now mobile so I quickly got on my iPhone with the mobile link and quickly bought my Melbourne tickets through there - it worked immediately. The normal Firefox internet websiye kept crashing and showing allocation exhausted. But I got a confirmation email saying I bought two gold reserve - unfortunately they're in section S64 which is up the back but thankfully in front of the symbol tip - they must have sold out of the closer ones I guess.

So with them and my two Showbix Brissie purple reserve I should be set for two great shows! My advice would be to try the mobile site using your phone

I saw all 6 shows here in NY last year and i'd have to say that

for me, off of the floor was better. It sure is fun being closer to

the stage, but i think it's better looking down on all of the stage

action as a whole instead of just looking up at what is right in front

of you. I can't speak for the VIP situation though as I'll certainly never

roll in any kind of that dough

Like others have said, pretty much every seat is a good one (except

maybe behind the band) with the seating in the round and party vibe

of the shows. I even saw one of the shows in a seat waaaaaaaaaay up

in the top section towards the tip of the arrow and it was still awesome

between being able to look down on the whole stage presentation and the

video screens showing excellent close ups. The sound was slightly wonky

up there though with all of the reverberation of an indoor sports areana.

Women all the way up there were still totally flipping out screaming and

yelling "I love you Priiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiince"!!

Anyways, GOOD LUCK and have a GREAT TIME at the shows!!!!!

Couldn't get on then for 20 mins.

At 9.22am I managed to get a pair in S3 to pretty happy all in all

Well I got May 15 in Melbourne

I am in S16 Row C seat 47, bought it 10 minutes ago, and I am happy, I can peer down the aisles.

i'm thinking they thought they'd sold out most of the first Syndey show but in reality haven't so took it backdown

Well I tried every show and every date, so I was kind of happy to get what I got, sorry about that, still its good to know that many of us are going.

Why don't we all try to meet up afterwards and discuss our concert experiences. It coincides with my birthday and I will try to bring back every gimmicky item from Melbourne. I am sure The Age will have a spread about him and stuff.

Ticketek has sold out of Melbourne Tuesday 15th tickets in the Purple Reserve. Showbiz has just opened their sales for the Tuesday.

At first they tried to give me the middle floor block behind the circle so tried a few times and got F. I wanted the first elevation but didn't want to risk it.

So I got gold reserve VIP for Friday and Purple reserve near the tip for Saturday.

Right now I'm fucking broke.

Heart attack is over! The dilemna was whether to try for more tix and end up with two lots, or wait to find out what happened with the first attempt. I bolted down to a Ticketek agent on my bike, and all was good. I now have Silver tickets for 7 well-located seats, and get to keep my friendships.

HEY YO!

After a minor Heart Attack when the ticketek site crashed. My cuzin was able to secure Gold Reserve tix for the first show at Rod Laver. Then at 9.45 I took a risk and used my already Maxed credit card to try and get Silver tix for the second show.

Just booked the air ticket, all you guys, it seems that Air New Zealand are offering the best and cheapest fares at the moment, this will cahnage as everyone who has got a Prince ticket here in New Zealand books their flights.
