i don't think so. there seems to be one main entrance (haupteingang) on the northern side of the arena

i haven't been there either but a friend of mine told me, that the sound at the last prince show in 1998 was really bad, but he has seen other concerts there and they were sounding good... so it all depends on the sound engineers...

Tickets are sold in advance, no tickets sold at arena as far as I know...!!

I wasn´t very excited before, because I like smaller venues and Lanxess Arena is really big (and I went to the great Luxemburg-concert two weeks ago), but now I´m slowly getting in the mood. I´m hoping that he doesn´t do a short show on autopilot like last time there in 1998. On the other hand, I´m really hoping for an aftershow at Live Music Hall or so. Fingers crossed!

I want both: A good 2 1/2 - 3 hour concert with all the hits, good jams and 1 or 2 surprises, and an aftershow in Cologne after that. Is that too much to ask?

Maybe you should arrive as early as possible, cause the standing area will be packed. If you intend to go on stage, you will need to be at the front.

Prince arrived in Cologne. Damn the arena is just few minutes away from me....!!!

Till now they sold 15.000 Tickets, They expected 2night almost 16.000 fans. It´s gonna be a fonky night ! A concert in my hometown. Juhuu!!!
