The Big Green Coach site does not yet have the vouchers for the Prince @ Hop Farm trip.

It still says:

VOUCHER NOT AVAILABLE YET

Does anybody know what is wrong?

works fine:

It is no about booking.
It is about gettign the paperwork they think is necessary to actually get on that bus after the booking.
I.e.: you log in, check your voucher and it isn't there. Also they do not really respond to mails via their contact form.

one would think. that with email this would all be very simple.
You make a booking, you get your voucher. eaSy simple and works the most efficient i would think....

Yes, so instead we send out some booking confirmation but explain we require a voucher to be admitted to the bus, which can be acquired later, or so.
So first we cash in, later we might arrange for what is necessary?

I would have loved to go to all 3 nights, but am broke so scraped the £80 for the ticket and £24 for the coach and now realising I should've held off for this. Bitter taste in my mouth and will be bad mouthing this promoter all over the shop!!

How did you know this was going to happen..you could have held off and not got a ticket at all (and still moaned) Why is this different from buying a can of beans for 50p and then a week later they are reduced to 25p...would you complain at that?...I think the answer would be a no!

So you are saying Prince is like a can of beans?

Vouchers are unavaliable until UPTO 7 days before.

[Edited 6/23/11 15:25pm]

So time is running out.
Or is your english not my first language?

Does not sound it is. Let me put something right for you that is in English:

The event: 3rd July
7 days before: 26 June
Today: 24 June

Vouchers avaliable within those 7 days, not before. Calm down.

Thanks! biggrin

I do think the 'until upto' combo made me nervous.

The way you put it makes it a lot more understandable but also makes you wonder why they are so slow with generating a few vouchers....

Tickets are still available so they're clearly not sold out.

The reason why is HARDLY ANYONE KNOWS ABOUT IT! Noone I know knew there was a music festival in Kent, I don't think it's been advertised in the media anywhere! Unlike Glastonbury which EVERYONE knows about it cos it's advertised in all the major media!

The 'no sponsership, no branding' idea is a big mistake Vince Power as THAT'S HOW YOU GET MONEY TO ADVERTISE BIG ETC!

But it's better is there's less people cos we can all get a better view (hopefully)!

Hi all,

I am trying to make my mind up about going to this, as I know I will regret it if I dont (messed up going to Berlin or Vienna last summer due to moving to London), is there going to be a meet up in Kent or in London before the gig?, I sure wouldnt mind joining up with some of the peeps beforehand, like the meet up before the 21st September 2007 gig at the O2.

If it were not for insanity, I would be sane.

have to agree with that, was watching his performance today with no sound, but was thinking, who is that??, just watching the guy on sax, was enough to check it out, listening to him right now, one word...Tight

Hi folks - haven't really been on here since the summer of the O2 21 nights..

We're going to Hop Farm for the weekend as a family, and meeting up with quite a few friends. We still haven't received our tickets eek Anyone else?

We're fairly well seasoned festivalers, and I'm a bit concerned by the reduction in ticket costs and what this will mean for the festival set-up and possibly even potential cancellation?? Does anyone know the latest? I have been googling like mad but there seems to be very little in the way of info or message board activity - am I being paranoid in thinking Vince Power is somehow managing to keep a lid on things being discussed online?? The Hop Farm forum was down when I last visited, and their website remains poor in terms of the info it provides...I don't suppose anyone can fix my concerns, but just wanted to have a bit of a moan and express them!!

Look forward to encountering some org-ers on the Hop Farm....controversial it may be but for a festie crowd like this, bring on a Hits set list, I say!!!

xx

I received my tickets a few weeks ago. I bought them the day they were released (sunday ticket only) and they came about two weeks later. Who did you book yours with? Mine were through Eventim.co.uk - followed a link from Hop Farm website.

Can't see it being cancelled, there's Morrissey only tickets for sale for the night before so maybe it's just something they do. Bit annoying having paid £70 though! I'm a shortie so will be at the back struggling to catch a glimpse anyway so getting in early has no benefit for me.

And I'm with you.....bring on the hits!

So whats the plan then, will there be some kind of meet-up, if so how would we all

rendezvous in a field of 30,000?

Also, who will be catching the Green Bus from Waterloo?

as far as i'm aware, you need a gig ticket for each night you want to camp. so you can camp on sunday night if you have a sunday ticket, but you can't camp any other night

there was also an email just sent out saying that you have to exchange the ticket for a wristband, and the box office opens at 9.30am. so you get the pleasure of queing twice

bands start at 12pm

carpark is 24 hours (is it free?)

so if carparking is free, do you need to show a ticket or what? i mean it's surely not a free for all. thus can you turn up on any day without a ticket and just park, or do they check you have a ticket for that night or what?
