Which family would file civil charges before the criminal case was done, compromising a criminal trial? Like the second case, that first case stank, from the getgo... as did the family! The mother testified in '05 that she didn't speak to her son for more than 10 years. Chandler Jr. refused to testify against Jackson in '05! Mesereau is on record saying he was witnesses, who heard Chandler jr. confess that nothing ever happened. The father was charged with assaulting his son in '05. The father commited suicide in '09! Something's definitely wrong with that family and it's not their son being molested.

What does Gary Glitter have to do with Michael Jackson? Two different cases and as I don't know anything about Glitter or his case, I don't have an opinion on him!
