Fantastic concert tonight!! P was in very good mood, great energy....laydown was played as the opener and it was damn funky^^ Sold out show it seemed...the people really went wild tonight.... My highlights: Dreamer....part of the new song (?) welcome 2 america....cool..... During kiss did prince his trademark jump, think it`s been years he did that!! ...great dancing from him during the entire show....
He dedicated Nothing compares 2 U to Bobby Z....

Very good concert, but not the best of the series. Started out great but the weird "Prince Karaoke" medley in the middle - with all the celebs up on the stage - was really odd and kinda killed the flow. You had Chris Rock and all these people up on stage kinda not knowing what to do.
Ended with the Family Stone medley...it was good but again I would have wrapped things up with a big hit.
Another different show, for sure. Always love hearing Red Corvette, COntroversy ,and Nothing COmpares at the same show. | |

Also,took my lady,this was her 1st Prince show & she's on a purple high right now,she says there's nothing that compares to a Prince show. The energy level was incredible & we've been back for an hour & her feet are still hurting from her dancing the whole show! | |
