Well, I did it and saw all six concerts, was only supposed to see five, but because of the blizzard after Christmas, our trip was cancelled and I made it to all six. Met some great people and had some nice memories to hold me over until the next round--hopefully as Prince said it won't be too long (but not too soon either for my wallet's sake!!!!!)

Saw 5 of the 6.

Because of the blizzard, I didn't try to venture in from NJ for the 12/29 show.

And yes, I'm broke now.

I agree, worth every penny. Here's hoping that he will be back to NYC very soon.

so do you have a favorite?? i saw 12/18msg, 1/18msg, and 2/7msg. for me, 1/18 was my personal favorite, but overall energy and crowd would have to be the 2/7 show.

If only. Saw the first show. Waiting patiently in Minneapolis for the Prince's triumphant return.

Did everyone feel a little duped about him saying come to the shows because they were all going to be different? Looking at the setlists, it seemed there were a lot of repeats.

Did all 4 MSG shows. Prince has $625 of my money but it was money well spent and some of it was donated 2 charity so I can't complain. Best 2 months of my life and not only did I get 3 out of 4 great Prince shows out of it, but I met soo many amazing orgers who I now consider family. The Beautiful Experience personified.

Didn't go broke over it, as I was careful this time around. Saw 3 out of 4 shows at MSG and loved every one of them. Can't wait until he makes it back to the East Coast again, but also happy for those in other cities who will be able to see him perform, when he makes his way around to their city.

I wouldn't say 'duped' but a little disappointed because not much newer material was done during any of these shows. Musicology was still an all-round better tour because u got hits and songs from the newer albums. Since Musicology tour, he's released 4 well-received albums and seemed to ignore them during the shows. Still wished he had done 'Dance 4 Me' at least...that song would have had people dancing their booties off, hardcore fans and fair-weather fans alike. Oh well, no use crying over spilled milk now. The shows improved as they went on so can't really complain that much because that 12/18 show was AWFUL compared to last night's show. Just sayin'

I went to all 6. Not broke fortunately.

You never know when or if you'll have a chance to see him again, so I kinda splurged...plus great seats kept coming up that I couldn't refuse!

yes if u including traveling expenses i spent like 2 grand to go to all 6 shows. i will be paying finance charges for years now. i could barely pay my monthly bills B$ this concert series happened.

1/18 was my favorite followed by 2/7 and the second izod show. 12/18 MSG was good, my least favorite was 12/29. 12/17 izod was next to last, but still ok since it was the first one and I hadn't seen him live in a while.

12/15 my first show. the awe i was in

12/17 house lights encore with insatiable, scandalous, adore

2/7 12/18 solely because it was alot of the same setlist with not enough suprises

but mountains and pop life last night were off the chain! i mean monday. its tuesday 5am ain't it. lol...my sleeping patern is off i got home at like 6am

I'm part of the "I flew in from Canada for one concert, spent 4 nights in a hotel" and I'm broke club

I was only going to 4 of the shows but wound up going to all 6 and i gotta be honest. I'm a little happy that it's all over.... I spent way toooo much money but i had a great time hanging with my fellow orgers....

amen to that. if prince wants to play more tristate area dates be it summer or fall so i can pay down my credit cards a bit. my tax return will put a small dent in it....

My credit card took a beating, but it was worth every penny.

Not a fan of Janet, but I'm contemplating a roadtrip to Philly for Elton John since they're sold out in NYC.

I'm still broke from traveling to Werchter and Antwerp and staying over in Belgium during the hot summer 2010!

And I could not afford to go to Dutch Arnhem concert and the aftershow in Paradiso, so I stood in line for Paradiso. No aftershow.

Let's start a charity for Prince fans spending to much money on addicting concerts

All our money was well spend to the private jets/ helicopter flights, 5 star restaurants, girlfriends and clothes I guess.

All in all, I'm happy to know that young kids in Harlem elevated their changes by mean of education!

That's money well spend.

I'm happy to be addicted to his concerts and not to any substance or alcohol for that matter.....

I only saw 2 shows and now I'm banging my head against the wall for not going to all 6 shows!

Both shows I went with my daughter, both times we got 200 doll. seats. Spent little over 800 doll. plus parking right next to MSG, and some souvenirs.

I missed 12/29...

When the tix first went on sale, I said, "I'm not spending that kind of money! I'll go to the NJ shows and one MSG show"

Then I sat AT the December show and ordered the tix for the Jan 18th show on my BB...

Then the Feb. 7th show was a no-brainer.

I'm hoping for some Philly dates... I love going to shos down there.

I only went to 3 of the six(should've been 4 but they canncelled the first one). Tickets alone ran me $1000. Souvenirs were another $250. Hanging out and eating & drinking with my new peeps was priceless!

Not that there's anything wrong with that, I'm just surprised. Everybody near me stood the whole time.
