U don't want 2 sit in Section 21 then because everytime I looked over at the piano I got a lovely eyeful of teleprompter. Man, that writing was massive...Stevie Wonder could have read those words.

I don't know why people are making such a big deal about this. He's used lyric books forever, it's just a different medium.

Think about all the crap he's trying to keep track of at one time. He doesn't just stand there and sing but conducts and messes around with the band, interacts with the crowd, dances, plays/calls solos, orders the lighting/sound guys around, cruises for chicks when Bria's not watching, all kinds of stuff that would make it easy to loose your place. Of course it's also there for the inevitable brain cramps/lost lyrics. Hell, besides remembering all his own music, he has to remember all the covers he does too!

It's also super easy to forget lyrics when you're performing, even ones you've been doing for 20 years

Wow I can finally respond! I was on hold for about a week. I have enjoyed finding this site.

I was at the 12/29 show and LOVED it. Brought my husband who was not a die hard fan but a fan and I have heard him tell people how remarkable it was. We met the 'imposter' as well..lol...

We were in the 103 section.

I am getting tickets again for the 18th. I have a choice between:

Sec 36

Sec 21 (I even saw SEction 21 on Ticketmaster last night),

Section 131

or Section 334.

Yes, all varied and different prices but am having a hard time to decide. I have read that Sec 21 is hit or miss (the seat I can get is about 10 rows back) as far as sight and acoustics.

Any thoughts?

My only thought (and it is not a complaint) is that I was hoping he did not end on Jungle Love...yes even with Cyndi...It was nice but thought he was going to give us one more...

My Goodness!!! You all covered almost his whole career, however look like a lot of the recent albums stuff since Musicology was left out. Were all these on a couple of CDs or you all load a CD and played a few songs from each CD? Either way seem like a JAM!!!
